Artography Photobook Designer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
Artography Photobooks Designer’s goal is to provide the highest quality books available, and guarantees your satisfaction with the workmanship of your book. In the unlikely event that your book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately via CustomerService@ArtographyPhotoBooks.com within ten days of receipt, so we can correct it for you.
Please note that each book you order is individually made by the leading producer of high-quality, on-demand digital books. There may be minor differences from copy to copy of the same book, including, but not limited to, slight variations in color and density. While we work very hard to keep our product as consistent as possible, these variations are a normal occurrence and are not considered a manufacturing defect or a defect in workmanship, and do not qualify for reprinting.
The book is entirely your creation. We do not proof, edit, or change your content in any way. So, please take the time to review and correct any errors before you upload your book for printing.
Areas to check before submitting your book:
•Spelling, typos, grammar, unfinished text, placement of text, color, font, position of text boxes, or other text errors.
•While our advanced program automatically optimizes many of the variables of your images and does not allow for images too small for the selected picture box, some images will be visually too low a resolution and may therefore appear blurry in print.
•Design issues, including book format, organization, style, color, and page layout should be reviewed to make sure your story is told, as you prefer.
